What you get

Four moving parts. One fixed price.

01

Preparation

Before the workshop I dig into your operations, tools, and the workflow we’ll tackle — and design the scenarios we’ll work through. The session is hands-on from minute one, not a discovery exercise.

  • Operations and tools review
  • Workflow analysis
  • Use case identification and prioritization
  • Scenario design for the session
02

Workshop Delivery

A 3-hour working session where we design and build the computer agent for the workflow we identified. On-site or digital. 4–8 people, preferably mixed across roles.

  • All your key stakeholders in one room
  • Hands-on design and build
  • Validated solution by end of session
  • On-site or digital delivery
03

Written Report

Within 10 business days you get a documented roadmap: findings, workshop outputs, and recommended next steps your team can execute on.

  • Findings and recommendations
  • Solution design documentation
  • Implementation roadmap
  • Delivered within 10 business days
04

Follow-Up Support

AI projects often die between the workshop and daily use. Two months of follow-up keeps yours alive — when your team hits something unexpected, someone is on the other end.

  • 2 months of email support
  • Implementation question answering
  • Smoothing the rollout
  • Ad-hoc clarifications

Why this works

  • Your team knows the business. I bring the AI know-how.
  • Preparation before the session means we build, not discover, in the room.
  • Your team leaves with something they can use the next day.
  • The report gives your team a roadmap they can execute without me.
  • Two months of follow-up bridges the gap between "looked great in the workshop" and "running on Tuesday".

Where this workshop applies

Pick the one where your team is losing the most hours.

Sales & Go-to-Market

Free your reps from the prospect research, outreach personalization, and CRM updates that eat their week. Your sales team learns how to put computer agents to work on the parts of the job no rep enjoys — so they spend more time with customers.

Customer Service & Support

Equip your service team to handle more tickets without more headcount. Computer agents draft replies grounded in your knowledge base, triage incoming requests, and flag the ones that need a human. Your reps stay in control; ticket volume stops outgrowing the team.

Operations & Knowledge Work

Take the repetitive work out of the hands of people who shouldn’t be doing it. Document review, data cleanup, internal lookups, scheduled reporting — designed with the team that owns the workflow, built with computer agents your team can maintain.

Engineering Teams

Move your engineers past "Copilot suggested this" to AI that owns real chunks of the codebase: agent skills tailored to your repos, MCP servers wired to your internal tools, architectural patterns for code review and refactoring.

Who is this for?

By role

  • Heads of Sales whose teams still work like it’s 2019
  • Customer service leaders watching ticket volume grow faster than headcount
  • Engineering leaders whose teams installed Copilot and have no idea what comes next
  • Operations leaders sitting on workflows that should have been automated years ago
  • Founders and CTOs with a vision for AI but no concrete first step

By organization

  • Financial services teams — asset managers, PE firms, investment funds
  • Law firms and compliance teams drowning in document workflows
  • Management consultancies whose best IP lives in a few senior heads
  • Marketing and creative agencies with repetitive campaign processes
  • Customer service operations where tickets outpace hiring
  • SaaS companies with internal workflows ready for AI upgrades

Pick a workflow. We’ll build it together.

Pick the workflow that’s costing your team the most hours. Walk out with agentic workflows they can use the next day.

Common questions

What if we don’t have a clear workflow in mind yet?

Fine. The preparation phase exists for exactly this. We review your operations, identify the highest-leverage workflow, and design the session around it before we meet.

How technical does our team need to be?

Technical enough to recognize what’s happening on screen and have opinions about the business logic. Mixed groups work best: the people who own the workflow, plus someone who can sign off on the tools.

What if we’re not happy with the outcome?

The scope is tight specifically to lower this risk. If you’d rather start with a 30-minute discovery call before committing, mention it in the intake form and we’ll set one up.

Why this vs. a McKinsey or Big 4 AI workshop?

I help your team build computer agents you can use on Monday. They sell strategy decks. Different problem. If you need a 60-slide deck on AI transformation, they’re a better fit. If you need something that runs and a team that knows how to extend it, I am.

Can this run remote?

Yes. On-site or fully digital — your call. Mixed cross-functional groups tend to benefit more from in-person; tightly scoped engineering sessions work fine remote.
